UCelli is a quartet of virtuoso cellists who also perform with the Columbus Symphony and ProMusica Chamber Orchestras. They will be performing Four Women by Dr. Mark Lomax, based on Lomax's 400: An Afrikan Epic, an ambitious story of Black America. They will also be performing a wonderful, jazzy piece by David Baker, the first African-American to serve on the board of the National Endowment for the Arts.
